Student Registration Fee - R977,50

Certified ER Associate - Fee- R1870, 50 /annum

Must have completed completed a 3 year Labour Relations qualification (Diploma/Advanced Diploma) And an SAIERP Board Exam.

ER Profesional - Fee- R2875 /annum

Must have completed a 4 year Labour Relations qualification (Degree/ Postgrad) with 4 years of employee relations work experience.
SAIERP Board Exam lev1

Chartered ER Professional - Fee- R5,750 (Fee includes Exam costs)

Must have completed 4 year qualification (Degree/Postgrad with honors) Or 10 years of ER management experience, which includes senior management.
SAIERP Board Exam Level 1 & 2 compulsory.
Must have completed 4 year qualification (Degree/Postgrad with honors) Or 10 years of ER management experience, which includes senior management.
SAIERP Board Exam Level 1 & 2 compulsory.

Corporate Membership - R 15000 Per Annum

It covers a minimum of 3 ER Professionals to a maximum of 10 ER Professionals in an organization intending to join the Institute.

Annual Fees for Regulatory Oversight and Professional Development

The fees are used to cover the costs of regulating SAIERP professionals in South Africa, including the management of their registration, accreditation, and continuing professional development. Please note that these annual fees are different from registration fees which are paid upon registration with SAIERP.
